Yes we are.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least a day in advance.

You don't have many reviews, what gives?

We started our business before the review revolution, back when the best way to get a client was word of mouth, or going out to put homemade brochures on doorsteps.  But we do understand that times have changed so we can provide references upon request.

Do you work on weekends?

No we don’t.

Do you offer night time services for businesses?

Not at this time.

Do you wash clothes?

No we don’t.

Do you wash dishes?

No we don’t.

Do you clean windows?

We offer interior window cleaning for an additional cost. Contact us to make arrangements.

I don't like the way bleach smells, do you need to use it?

Bleach does have a strong odor! No we don’t have to use it. Let us know if you are allergic to any products or if you’d like us to use specific products in your home.

What should I do with my pet while you're cleaning my home?

We ask that you keep your pets in a separate area when we arrive because we keep the front door open for loading and unloading and we wouldn’t want your dog or cat to run out!

I'm at work during your business hours but i'm interested in your cleaning services... What do I do?

Most of our clients are at work when we come by. They provide us with a spare key and a guest code for the alarm. Our clients have been with us for many years and we treat their homes better than ours!

Do you offer night time services for businesses?

Not at this time.

I'm afraid something will get broken, what if you break something?

We take a lot of caution not to tip things over or drop any pictures off the walls. We do have insurance so in a worst case scenario we would replace the item or pay for it.
